To offset the encroachment of automotive aftermarket service chains that provide quick oil changes, tune-ups and repairs, Express Service by Mercedes-Benz offered owners vehicle care in an hour or less. Our job was to develop an array of marketing materials touting the speed and comprehensive nature of Express Service. To date, our efforts have helped participating Mercedes-Benz dealership see a 400% increase in service visits.
