Imagine the Impact - Takata Airbag Recall PSA

Unfortunately, defective Takata airbags that could potentially shoot metal shrapnel directly at drivers and passengers were put into millions of vehicles between 2015-2020, including a number of Mercedes-Benz models. To get owners to come in for free repair, we created this 360 campaign featuring video, social posts, direct mail and banners to highlight the need and speed for replacing the defective airbags. By 2021, over 85% of all Mercedes owners affected by the recall came in for their free repair.
