The goal was to train and hire 10,000 certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians by 2024. So we created everything from videos and banners to display stands and a dedicated website. All to get high school, college-age, and veterans interested in a new career path.

And it worked. By early 2024, the 10,000 technician mark was reached, and continues to grow.
